ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Association has a number of meetings in its calendar. The Annual General Meeting is in January Each year and formal notice is given near the date. The Annual General Meeting for 2010 took place at the
Junction Tavern, Polegate at 8:00 p.m. on Monday 11th
January. All members and prospective members were encouraged to attend.
A summary of the minutes are in the Spring 2010 Newsletter. Click here to read SOCIAL AND PRIZE GIVING EVENING Each year (late April/early May) there will be a social and prize giving evening. Presentation of awards to 1st February each year will take place on this evening. During the evening there will usually be a raffle, a light buffet and bar facilities. The evening will be FREE and is open to all members of the Southdown Angling Association. We will of course be bidding to rid you of some of your money during the evening. The 2010 Social evening will be on Saturday April 24th at the Junction Tavern, Polegate. Some details of the event and the Awards given at the 2010 event are on this linked page. COMMITTEE MEETINGS The Management Committee meet about 5 times per year (plus the AGM), at the Junction Tavern, Polegate (next door to Polegate Angling Centre). Remaining dates for 2010 are:
